How do I sign into my account?

If you are an existing customer, enter your email address and password to sign in. If this is your first time visiting the site, you will be prompted to create a password when you enter your email address.

Can I still earn towards my frequent buyer discount if I order online?

Yes, we will keep track of your frequent buyer products automatically, whether you shop in store or online.

Are all the products you carry in your store on your website?

We will carry most products that you see in our stores online, if you don’t see something online, please let us know.

Is the pricing on your website the same as in your stores?

Yes, you will receive the same pricing whether you purchase online or in stores.

Can I use a coupon on your website?

Yes, when you check out you will have the option to enter a coupon code to apply to your order.

Can I use a gift card on your website?

We do accept DOGPerfect gift cards on our website. You can enter your gift card number found on the back of your card when you check out.

 

Perfect Club

 

I am a Perfect Club Member, will I get my perfect club pricing online?

Yes, when you sign in with your email address, you will receive your Perfect Club pricing online.

 

Order & Delivery Timing

 

When will my order be delivered?

Most orders that are placed by 2PM will be delivered by 5PM the next day.

Can we order online and pickup at stores?

Yes – to order for in-store pickup select the pickup location before you place items in your shopping cart. We will email a confirmation when your items are ready. Most items are available the same day or next day.

I don’t see the brand of food or supplies I normally buy in your store. Why isn’t it on your website?

Contact us to find out if we can order your brand or add it to our online store. We are continually adding items to our website.

Are all products available for delivery?

Yes, all in stock items are available for delivery. The only exception food, we will ask that someone be at home for delivery of frozen foods.

Is there a cost for delivery?

There is a $5 delivery fee for orders under $50.

Who do you use for your shipping carrier?

All orders are delivered by a DOGPerfect delivery driver. Our drivers are knowledgeable about the products we sell and can answer any questions you may have.

 

Curbside Pickup

 

Do all stores offer curbside pickup?

Yes, we offer curbside pickup at all of our stores.

How will I know my order is ready?

We will send you an email when your order is ready. Most orders placed by 2PM will be ready the same day.

What are the hours for curbside pickup?

Where and how do I pick up my order?

You can park in a spot close to our store and you can either text or call us to let us know you are ready for us to bring your order out to you.
